1) IMPORTANT NOTICE: ARBITRATION & WAIVER OF CERTAIN RIGHTS

These Terms require binding arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials, and may limit certain remedies. By purchasing or using the Services, you understand and agree you are waiving certain legal rights and voluntarily agreeing to arbitration and related terms described below.

2) ELIGIBILITY

The Services are intended only for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any access or use by anyone under 18 is unauthorized and violates these Terms. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3) WHAT ONLINE HERO IS (AND IS NOT)

Online Hero is a coaching, training, and mentorship program that helps professionals monetise their expertise by creating and selling coaching programs and offers. Everything delivered within the program is done so directly with participants.

3.1 Not a Broker / No Agency / No Representation

Online Hero is not a business brokerage, M&A advisory firm, investment advisor, financial planner, or licensed intermediary of any kind. We do not:

•       list, sell, or represent businesses or securities on behalf of any party,

•       provide legal closing services,

•       guarantee any income, revenue, or business outcome,

•       act as an agent or fiduciary for any participant.

3.2 No Fiduciary Relationship

Nothing in these Terms or the Services creates an agency relationship, fiduciary duty, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Online Hero.

4) EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM & NON-ADVICE DISCLAIMER

Online Hero provides coaching, training, tools, and community support related to packaging expertise and building coaching businesses. The Services are for educational and informational purposes only.

Online Hero does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Participants are solely responsible for their own due diligence and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in their jurisdiction. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

5) USE AND CONSENT

By purchasing or using any Services, you agree to:

•       abide by these Terms and any other posted policies or rules that apply, and

•       use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

Refund Policy (Summary). There is no refund once you purchase this program. All sales are final.

6) PAYMENT PLANS, COLLECTIONS, AND CHARGEBACKS

If you purchase via a payment plan, you agree to make all payments until paid in full. If payment is not received by the due date, we may provide a three (3) day grace period, after which we may suspend or terminate access.

If you default on payments, we reserve the right to use lawful collection methods, including engaging a collections agency, which may impact your credit depending on the jurisdiction and applicable law.

We do not tolerate chargeback threats or chargebacks made in bad faith. If you initiate a chargeback after receiving access to Services, we may suspend access and pursue lawful remedies.

7) MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY & COMPLIANCE

You are solely responsible for your actions and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and in any jurisdiction where you operate or communicate with others. This includes, without limitation, laws relating to:

•       marketing and outreach,

•       advertising claims, including earnings or timeline statements,

•       any licensing requirements relevant to your specific profession or coaching activities.

You agree not to represent yourself as acting on behalf of Online Hero unless you have explicit written permission from us.

8) EARNINGS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee results. Any income figures, client acquisition timelines, or examples referenced on our website or within the Online Hero program are illustrative only.

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, existing network, and execution. The “14-day first paying student” outcome referenced in our marketing reflects what is possible when participants fully engage with the program. It is not a guarantee of income. No income, profit, or business outcome is guaranteed.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Online Hero makes no promise of earnings and that your results are your own responsibility.

9) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9.1 Our Limited License to You

All content, materials, templates, scripts, videos, downloads, AI tools, and other program materials (“Program Materials”) are owned by or licensed to Online Hero and protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase or access the Services, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal use only.

9.2 Prohibited Use

You may not copy, share, sell, reprint, republish, distribute, post, transmit, translate, or create derivative works from any Program Materials without our prior written consent. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to any third party. Unauthorized use may be treated as theft and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

9.3 Trademarks

All trademarks, taglines, and logos are owned by Revolution Training or its licensors. Any use is prohibited without express written permission.

10) LIMITATIONS ON LINKING AND FRAMING

You may link to our website so long as the link does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or ownership. You may not frame or inline link our content without prior written permission.

11) YOUR LICENSE TO US (USER CONTENT)

By submitting content in our community or platforms (e.g., comments, posts, photos, videos, testimonials), you represent you have the right to submit it. You grant Online Hero a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your submissions for operating, improving, and marketing the Services. We may remove user content at our discretion.

12) MEDIA RELEASE

By participating in the Services (including community calls, coaching sessions, and live events), you consent to being recorded (audio/video) where applicable. We may use recordings for training, replay, or marketing purposes unless prohibited by applicable law.

13) SECURITY & DATA

We may collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, and billing details (“Personal Information”). We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You provide Personal Information at your own risk. 14) PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You agree you are using your own judgment and assume all risks associated with your decisions and actions resulting from use of the Services. You are solely responsible for your outcomes.

15) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

16) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Online Hero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online Hero’s total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Online Hero in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

17) INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Online Hero and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

•       your use of the Services,

•       your violation of these Terms,

•       your marketing or outreach activities,

•       your dealings with third parties.

18) YOUR CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Services:

•       for unlawful or fraudulent purposes,

•       to harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or violate the privacy of others,

•       to upload malware or spam,

•       to impersonate others or mislead,

•       to scrape member information or engage in deceptive solicitation,

•       to reproduce or resell Program Materials.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

19) TERMINATION

You may terminate participation at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may refuse or terminate access at any time, in whole or in part, at our discretion. Upon termination, your license to use Program Materials ends. If you are on a payment plan, termination does not eliminate your obligation to pay amounts owed.

20) DISPUTE RESOLUTION (BINDING ARBITRATION)

We hope to resolve disputes amicably. If we cannot, you agree that disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, on an individual basis.

Before initiating arbitration, you must email [email protected] with a written description of the dispute and allow a reasonable time to resolve.

Time limit: Any arbitration must be initiated within one (1) year after the dispute arises, unless prohibited by law.

The arbitrator’s decision will be final and may be entered as judgment in a court of competent jurisdiction.

No class actions: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity.

21) NON-DISPARAGEMENT

In the event of a dispute, you agree not to engage in unlawful defamatory conduct. This does not prevent you from participating in legal proceedings or making truthful statements where required by law.

22) SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

23) PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that any information you share publicly (including in community spaces) may be seen by others, and you share at your own discretion. You agree not to disclose private member information outside the community without permission.

24) SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Online Hero related to your inquiry, application, enrollment, or participation in our programs.
